These terms govern the use of Klapdrop, a collectible card game published by Florian Magalhaes (see the legal notice). Playing means accepting them.
1. The game
Klapdrop is free: no subscription, no purchase, no ads. Donations, if any, are voluntary and give no advantage in the game.
2. Age and account
- You must be 16 or over to play.
- One account per person. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for the security of your email address.
- Your username, photo, guild name and messages must stay decent: nothing insulting, hateful, sexual, illegal, nor impersonating anyone.
- Without an account, a guest game is erased after 24 hours unless it is tied to an account.
3. Cards, klaps and coins
- Cards, klaps, guild coins and everything you earn in the game are virtual: they have no money value, cannot be bought or turned into money, and are not yours outside the game.
- Trades and sales between players happen only in the game, in klaps. Selling or buying cards, klaps or an account for real money is forbidden.
- Every booster's drop rates are public on the Drop rates page.
- The game evolves: values (rewards, prices, rarities, duel rules) may change to balance it, without compensation.
4. Fair play
Forbidden:
- cheating, bots, scripts and any automated way of playing;
- multiple accounts to gain an edge (sending yourself cards or klaps, rigging duels, raids or wars);
- knowingly exploiting a bug: a bug you find is reported through [email protected] or the contact form;
- harassing other players.
5. Sanctions
On a breach, the publisher may, depending on its gravity: cancel a trade or a sale, take back cards or klaps obtained irregularly, suspend or ban an account. You can contest a sanction through [email protected] or the contact form.
6. Availability and liability
Klapdrop is provided as is, by a private publisher. We do our best to keep it running, without guaranteeing it is always available or free of errors. The game may change, pause for maintenance or close; a closure would be announced in the game beforehand. Information about the works comes from public databases and may contain errors.
7. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. What happens to your data is explained in the privacy policy.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; a significant change will be announced in the game before it applies. They are governed by French law. In a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first through [email protected] or the contact form.
